Returns: As we print items on demand via Sellfy, we do not accept returns, nor does Sellfy. However, please send us a message at contact@angelajonesjd.com, so we can work with you to resolve any issues or concerns.
Damaged items: Sellfy is responsible for any items that are damaged when you receive them. Please go to your Orders and choose Report a Problem. You can also email to pod@sellfy.com Note that Sellfy has a 30 day window during which you must report your damaged product. Should Sellfy determine that a refund is required, they will notify our team so that we can do our part in completing the process.
Refunds: Should you request a refund for reasons beyond a damaged product, please direct that request with your specific reason to contact@angelajonesjd.com
